Over a period of three years our behaviour steering group have developed our positive behaviour policy. This underpins everything we do and is supported by ICT systems, a rewards/sanctions scheme and Individual Learning Plans (ILP) for all learners.
Expectations are clear and on display throughout the school. We expect all members of our learning community to use the language of the policy. Staff also work to improve the behaviour of every learner through targeted and personalised interventions.
