At the Bridge we have developed an Individual Learning Plan for every young learner. This is stored and available to everyone at the Bridge through SIMS.net. The ILP is drawn up following comprehensive assessment programme using PASS (Pupil Attitude to Self and School), SNAP (snapassessment.com), CAT and literacy assessments. The outcomes of this baseline assessment are used to draw up personalised targets that are reviewed at least once a term.
